Our Approach
Our coaching process is broken into three phases: pre-coaching, coaching and follow-up. The pre-coaching phase is used to determine whether or not there is a “good fit” between the executive's development needs and the planned coaching process. It is also used to determine if the executive and coach are personally compatible.

The coaching phase consists of a series of assessments designed to identify the executive's strengths and improvement needs in the key performance management areas listed above. Each assessment is then followed by a discussion between the coach and executive to interpret the assessment results and create a development plan targeted at improving the executive's shortcomings. Periodic phone contacts are used to check the executive's progress in completing his/her development plan as well as a face-to-face meeting to observe and critique the executive's on-the-job behavior.

The follow-up phase involves administering the follow-up versions of the assessment instruments used during the coaching phase, and telephone conversations to help the executive identify improvements and note any areas requiring further improvement.
